Pelvic floor dysfunction in men is incredibly common, highly treatable, and nothing to clear alone. We provide a private, specialized space to fast-track your recovery.

What to Expect During an Evaluation
Our pelvic floor evaluations are private, educational, goal oriented, and focused to make sure we create the best plan for you personally.
Your first visit is designed to help us understand the full picture, not just one symptom.
We’ll talk through your medical history, bladder and bowel habits, sexual function, pain, activity goals, and any post-surgical concerns, including post-prostatectomy recovery when applicable.
From there, we may assess how your core, abdomen, hips, glutes, inner thighs, low back, and pelvic floor are working together. These areas often act as a team, so we look at the whole body instead of treating symptoms in isolation.
A pelvic floor assessment may be performed externally or intra-rectally when medically appropriate and only with your consent. You are always in control of what you are comfortable with.
Treatment begins on day one. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what is happening, a clear plan, and practical personalized homework to start making progress right away.
