Our new pilates reformer from Balanced Body allows us so many more ways we can push our clients during their sessions, and it also allows us the opportunity to push OURSELVES.

Dr. Kelly has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years. She can still rock quite an impressive lunge on the reformer (I, Molli, tried to but she had to hold my waist for balance 😂 ).

I regularly do barre and yoga, but I am not a cross fitter or a Pilates person or a HIIT fanatic, but I’ve done all those workouts in our office because what I want is to grow and learn and TRY!

That encapsulates the attitude of our clinic and the attitude we seek in our patients: the commitment to GROW and LEARN and TRY.

That’s what we ask of our patients and of ourselves everyday.

Show up, be ready to work, and be open to the process.

Does this align with your values as well? How do you practice openness to your journey (not your destination) in your everyday?

If you need a little encouragement along your journey, I highly recommend following our Instagram. We work hard to put out resources that are both educational AND encouraging.

Be empowered in education (and progress)!
